welcome! 🙂
iamlovingkindnessnetwork is a motivational and uplifting Community wellness service. it’s not physical exercise. it doesn’t follow a predefined path. it’s about consistently uplifting you so you get a daily dose of lovingkindness in a very tough world right now.
you are not just dealing with information overload (see ‘being human’) and possibly you don’t have a daily place to go just to be; to be held, and to be seen, in a lovingkindness environment. also you’re just coming out of global plague that has effected you and your world in unprecedented ways (gosh haven’t we heard that word a lot recently).
there are an awful lot of people whose worlds have been turned upside down and thinking how do i connect again? how on earth do i get the strength to re-enter the undefined new normal?
there’s an awful lot of people for their own reasons who would like to hear and take part in our uplifting content and feel the benefits of daily, mind nourishing stimuli.
& we also have people of all ages who want to get their daily dose of motivation. iamlovingkindnessnetwork sessions are dedicated to filling our members to the brim with positivity and lovingkindness gems so you can feel good all day. please explore the website, take a look below for a quick view of the wellness practices we use in the sessions.
it is worth noting our service is designed for human beings. our sessions are attended by our members who collectively live in the global village and are over the ages 18+.
we provide over 60+ sessions a month, each session runs for approx 30 mins. we recommend you attend six sessions (min) to acclimatise you to our format, then you will be able to absorb the narrative, the practices, listen actively to others and then reflect deeply on the changes you have experienced in your body and mind.
and as our sessions livestream over zoom you can access them easily from the comfort of your own home.
be part of your morning routine
a consistent positive morning routine boosts happiness, increases productivity, reduces stress levels and gets you grounded and settled for the day. if you start on the ‘right foot’ your day will probably follow that tempo.
our morning sessions set you up to start your morning with intention, rather than letting the day run away from you. lifting your mood and energy levels will help you act from a really grounded place instead of reacting which can mess the day up, essentially you are more in control and less flustered.
as with many things in life, small changes lead to big results. it’s the compounding effect of a consistent positive morning routine that can impact our lives in many ways.

consistent affirmation daily practice
at the iamlovingkindnessnetwork we include affirmations in the morning sessions and this has a phenomenal effect on your day. it’s also really good fun and and yes gives you a boost to your day.
the power of affirmations lies within your subconscious mind. that is also where the negative mind sits & using affirmations they will override that negativity thus improving your mood and outlook throughout the day. when you remove mental barriers, replace negative self-talk, and develop empowering affirmation habits you’ll reap the benefits immediately.
the benefits are individual to everyone and what’s better than saying affirmations? saying them in a group. try it tomorrow in one of our morning sessions and see how you feel. read more
holding the ‘space’ for all
our sessions are held in a respectful way, holding the space for all. the iamlovingkindness facilitator takes the members through the uplifting material/content and leads on affirmations which members can participate out loud or mentally affirm. if there is time members may have time to check in and in two or three words say how they feel that morning or evening.
if there is time for shares members will be invited to share on content in the session always from the their perspective and not cross sharing on what others may of said already
iamlovingkindnessnetwork is a safe virtual space for all its members – in support and in kindness for all.
keeping you uplifted every day
be aware of your self-talk. pay attention to the voice within your head and notice when you are experiencing a negative thought. observe that negative thought or fear and make note of it’s presence. beware not to add additional worries or fears onto this thought. if your mind begins to do that, make sure you self soothe and talk yourself round coach yourself through the moment as if you were your very best friend.
iamlovingkindnessnetwork our sessions are dedicated to filling our members to the brim with positivity and lovingkindness gems so you can relax and feel good every day.

guided evening gratitude practice
as part of the evening session we use a gratitude practice to promote a soothing mind, that warms the heart and makes us resilience for tomorrow and gives us peace at the end of the day.
in this practice we experience positive emotions such as gratitude, loving-kindness, and compassion and literally feel the stress of the day loosens its grip and at the end we are relaxed and ready to settle in for a good nights sleep.
you may choose to keep a journal after, noting three to five things that day for which you feel particularly grateful. you can draw on the strength of this gratitude whenever you wish. read more here
mental shower every day
by gently calming ourselves and consistently tapping into positive stimuli we interrupt the negative self-talk, start being kinder with our thinking and distracting ourselves, our thoughts, feelings and beliefs will also change over time and we become healthier.
at iamlovingkindnessnetwork our daily virtual sessions are designed to give everyone the space to be seen and for members to hear motivating and uplifting content in a safe and loving virtual environment. instead of being locked into the cycle of our disproportionate negative thinking we can lift our selves into the positive and really effortlessly from the comfort from our homes reap the amazing benefits of having positive stimuli and connection on a daily basis.

positive affirmations can be used to transform our lives in some exceptional ways. they can permanently alter the way we think, reprogram our mind to move away from damaging self-beliefs, and allow us to pursue and achieve the life we really want. in a morning session we’ll repeat affirmations together.
… More “it’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. and once that belief becomes a deep conviction, good things begin to happen.”
